At the same time you oversee purchasing, suppliers, inventory management and daily kitchen structure from workflow and mise en place to optimal organization.

Hygiene, safety and quality are your domain. You control incoming goods, check temperatures and traceability, meticulously implement HACCP standards and oversee a spotless, well-maintained kitchen. What you do

  • Prepare all restaurant and take-out menu dishes according to technical specifications
  • Create daily dishes and occasional special dishes
  • Prepare staff meals for the team
  • Organize, manage and train the kitchen team
  • Maintain responsibility for the quality of all prepared dishes
  • Procure goods and manage supplier relationships
  • Receive deliveries and verify quality of incoming goods
  • Conduct daily inventory management and periodic inventory counts
  • Monitor supplier quality and product specifications
  • Organize daily kitchen operations and workflow
  • Implement and monitor food hygiene principles and HACCPcompliance
  • Maintain temperature records and product traceability systems
  • Make sure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followed
  • Supervise and maintain hygiene plan
  • Supervise cleaning of rooms, equipment and utensils
