Order picker / warehouse employee wanted in the Netherlands

Every day starts the same: a joint start with the team and a cup of coffee. Then you grab your pick list and get to work. The products you pick are diverse and recognizable in everyday use. And how you finish the list? That's up to you. You choose the order, you think up the most efficient route through the warehouse, and you make sure that the heaviest products are at the bottom. No one to adjust you. 

This is a serious job with serious working conditions. We are talking about 25 vacation days, at least 8% vacation pay on top of your salary, a pension plan, a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer and a shift bonus. The team is close-knit and informal, and the company really values its people. If you perform well, a contract from the client is on the table. That's not a vague promise. That's just how they work.
