Job description

Imagine waking up to the Italian sunshine, working in an international entertainment team, and creating unforgettable holiday experiences. As an entertainer at Italian campsites and holiday villages in summer 2026, you’ll combine sports, kids’ activities, and evening shows in one dynamic role.

You’ll lead Mini and Junior Club activities, organize sports tournaments (football, volleyball, tennis, etc.), and run creative workshops. In the evenings, you’ll help with shows, themed events, and mini discos. Enthusiasm matters more than experience—training and support are provided.

You can start in May or June and stay for at least 2 months. You must be 18+ with EU citizenship or a valid Italian work permit. Knowledge of an extra language is highly advantageous. You’ll receive a salary, accommodation, and full board, working with international teammates in beautiful locations. It’s more than a summer job: you’ll develop skills, learn languages, and enjoy an authentic Italian lifestyle.

What you bring

  • Minimum age of 18 years old (essential)
  • EU citizenship or valid residence permit for working in Italy (essential)
  • Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English language (essential)
  • Knowledge of an extra language is highly advantageous
  • Sporty and physically fit with enthusiasm for outdoor activities
  • Creativity and confidence performing in front of groups
  • Previous experience in entertainment, sports instruction, or childcare (beneficial but not essential)
  • Availability for minimum 2 months starting May or June 2026
  • Enthusiasm for working with children and families
  • Ability to work as part of an international team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain high energy throughout the season
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different situations
  • Genuine passion for creating memorable holiday experiences

What you do

  • Lead Mini Club and Junior Club activities for children of various ages
  • Design and deliver age-appropriate games, crafts, and entertainment programs
  • Organize and run sports tournaments and activities (football, volleyball, tennis, archery, water sports)
  • Teach sports courses and lead fitness sessions
  • Create and perform in evening entertainment shows and themed nights
  • Host discos and dance sessions for kids and families
  • Engage with guests of all nationalities in a friendly, professional manner
  • Promote activities and encourage guest participation in entertainment programs
  • Coordinate with the entertainment team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Set up and maintain activity areas and equipment
  • Adapt activities to different weather conditions and guest preferences
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained during all activities
  • Create a positive, energetic atmosphere throughout the resort
